Will I pay import duties? Not in the US, UK, Canada or EU — those orders ship from local stock.

What is your returns window? 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How fast are refunds? 3-5 business days after the return arrives.

Is there a warranty? 12 months on all electronics.

Are the collars safe for my pet? Yes. Collars use breakaway or adjustable fittings and low-power radios.

How do I choose a size? Measure your pet’s neck and add two finger widths; each product page lists its range.

Do GPS trackers need a subscription? Products requiring a data plan say so clearly on the product page.
