These terms form the agreement between you and Go‑Shira when you browse or buy from the store. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Orders and acceptance

Adding items to your bag and paying places an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. Orders are subject to product availability; if an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund it in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider over an encrypted connection; we do not store card details.

3. Delivery and returns

Dispatch, delivery estimates and shipping rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days under our Returns & Refund Policy. UK and EU consumers retain applicable statutory rights.

4. Product information and warranty

We describe products, materials, sizing and battery life as accurately as we can; colours may vary by screen. Smart collars and trackers are aids, not substitutes for supervision. Electronics carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty in addition to statutory rights.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the site or use it for unlawful purposes. Site content is owned by or licensed to Go‑Shira.

6. Liability and governing law

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, while your local consumer protections remain unaffected.
