Shipping Policy

Order handling

Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) are picked and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Delivery estimates begin once the parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.

Rates and delivery times

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed in the cart and at checkout before you pay. You will never be charged a shipping fee you have not seen.

Taxes and import duties

Sales tax or VAT, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Orders shipped to the UK, EU and Canada from local stock incur no additional import charges. For other destinations, local import duties may be payable by the recipient.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You receive a tracking link by email when the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not updated for five business days, email info@go-shira.com.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost or issue a full refund including shipping. Report damage within 14 days with a photo of the item and packaging.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully. Contact us within one hour of ordering if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
