These terms govern sales made by Kennover Trading LLC, trading as Go-Shira.

1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we email confirmation of dispatch.

2. Prices

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through a PCI-compliant payment provider.

4. Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Cancellation and returns

30-day returns as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, plus the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for UK and EU consumers.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly by screen.

7. Warranty

Electronics carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the site unlawfully or attempt to disrupt it.

9. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Complaints and governing law

Email info@go-shira.com; we aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
