30-day returns

Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs alongside this policy.

Return postage

We provide a free prepaid return label for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and the European Union. For other countries the customer pays return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items are always returned free of charge, wherever you are.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the return arriving, and always within 14 days. We refund the goods and the original standard shipping cost.

Warranty

Electronic products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will repair, replace or refund.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened in-ear products or used pet consumables. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing info@go-shira.com with your order number.
