Order handling
Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Taxes and duties
Orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and European Union ship from local stock, so there are no import charges. For all other destinations the recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on arrival.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. A tracking link is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated for five days, email info@go-shira.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged we replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Tell us within 30 days of the dispatch date.
Incorrect addresses
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we re-ship once you cover the postage, or refund the goods minus the original shipping cost.
